Waste-acid recovery for titanium dioxide, fluorochemicals, pesticides, and dyes

I. DD — diffusion dialysis (DD) application scenario samples

1.1 Titanium dioxide waste acid recovery project

Technical route: diffusion dialysis (DD) + NF (nanofiltration)

Principle overview: diffusion dialysis (DD) uses concentration difference as the driving force to separate acid and salts. No external electric field or power is required. Separation can be achieved by feeding the material and pure water into the equipment at a certain flow rate ratio, so it is a zero-energy operation. No chemical dosing or other operations are used, so no secondary pollution is generated
